NOMINATION PROCESS THROUGH DIPLOMATIC CHANNELS The nominations together with three (3) copies of the prescribed application forms must be endorsed by the official channel of the sending country to the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines through the Embassy of the Philippines in the sending country and/or through the Embassy of the sending country in Manila, not later than 18 September 2005. Upon receipt, the nominations and the application forms will be immediately forwarded by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines to ANGOC. The acceptance of the qualified nominees will be conveyed by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or to the designated official channel of the sending country through the Embassy of the Philippines in the sending country and/or through the Embassy of the sending country in Manila by 1 October 2005. In cases where neither the Philippines nor the sending country has a resident Embassy in each other?s capital, the abovementioned conveyance via diplomatic channels of nominations and acceptances will be done through their respective non-resident Embassies.
