PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
STEP ONE: Interested individuals/organizations must prepare the following documents:
- The completed application form (3 copies)
- Curriculum vitae
- Brochure/profile of the organization; and
- Statement of support from the head of the nominating agency and the development of action plan.
The application form may be downloaded from the ANGOC website at: http://www.angoc.ngo.ph/tctp/tctp-sa_application_form.doc.
STEP TWO: Secure endorsement from their respective Government who will nominate them and forward their application to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs via diplomatic channels. Details can be seen in the inside back cover of this brochure.
STEP THREE: Copy-furnish the ANGOC Secretariat with the application form and curriculum vitae by email: tctpsa@philonline.com
STEP FOUR: Applications must be received by 18 September 2005, although applicants are advised to submit well ahead of the deadline.
