Program Objectives
The Training Program aims to:
Develop a set of manual and training materials containing up-to-date participatory tools approaches and technologies in the areas of Agrarian Reform, Sustainable Agriculture and Participatory Local Governance;
Enhance the capacities of participants in participatory tools and approaches in action research, community planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation and policy advocacy;
Provide opportunities, to individuals and institutions, for human resource development as the capacity building provider or recipient at a regional level.
Empower target communities with the application of acquired skills and participatory community development approaches through local follow-up activities; and
Document the capacity building experiences of participating individuals and organizations.
