TRAVEL INFORMATION
Participants are requested to coordinate with the ANGOC Secretariat directly for visa and ticket assistance upon receipt of notice of approval.
Airplane Tickets.
Participants will be issued prepaid ticket advice (PTA) by a travel agency authorized by ANGOC. Under no circumstances are participants allowed to purchase their own tickets; otherwise the cost will not be reimbursed by ANGOC. Notice on where and how to claim the PTA will be sent to the participants using the contact address indicated in their applications. They should return to their home country at the end of the course according to the international travel schedule designated by ANGOC.
Visa.
Before leaving their country of origin, participants should have obtained the necessary entry visas to the Philippines. Entry visas are issued by the diplomatic missions of the Philippines in their respective countries. Participants are instructed to secure a one-month visa. Any expense incurred in securing the visa will be shouldered by the participant.
Photographs.
For administrative purposes, participants are requested to bring with them 2 copies of their recent color photos (passport size or 2x2 inches).
